About Grit

Need to control Dremel tool speed. Mine spins so fast once wood particles get embedded into the sand pad, it gets off balance and flys off. Works great at slow to mid speed. Made light work of sanding an old bowl.

Fits perfect but you need to use a slower speed but works so good you won't care.

They work well, but the hook and loop quickly wears down and the discs stop sticking. I'd pay a little more if they the in some additional yellow attachments.

I got these for my rechargeable Dremel to sand the smaller and oddly shaped areas of the helmets I make and they are absolutely amazing.First off, they include grit down to 60. That's uncommon. And they go all the way up to 600 and a ton of options in between.I can sand down resin, acryl-green putty, bondo, and filler primer with ease and it's pennies to do so.Saved me so much time and hassle trying to fold larger squares into small enough squares to use. Now I just take my time and my fingers and fingernails are not sacrificed to the sandpaper gods any longer.

The shank is too short. The yellow foam is way too hard. Can't sand tight or rounded spaces with it. The velcro is bigger than the sandpaper and doesn't stick to it. Also, the sandpaper doesn't last, because it has barely any abrasive material on it.

These little sanders work great, but like most sanders of this design, the velcro fails before the paper is used up.It is good the paper is cheap, but I have had both of the units velcro completely fail. I have attempted to replace the velcro on each of them, using different adhesives, but none have worked great as of yet. SOme fail immediately, some last a little longer, but all of them have failed. A myriad of glues and adhesives have not been able to correct the issue, but until the unit failed it sanded well.

Everything needed to quickly do small sanding jobs with ease using your own Dremel style power tool. Sanding discs are conveniently separated and labeled according to grit size. Hook and loop pads keep discs firmly attached to polishing pads. Good quality kit. Nice.

Used this with a dremel 575 angle head to sand awkward glue up joints.I saw a bunch of reviews that said the paper fell apart, the discs wouldn't stay on the pad etc., etc.All I can say is that wasn't my experience.Stayed on the pad, held up well to what I was doing. No complaints.
