Well, I was pregnant I dealt with my leg swelling and discomfort, sleeping even with the body pillow. This was the perfect product that took place between my knees and help elevate my lower half very comfortable to sleep with.

I don't know how I feel about this item. I have had it for several months and have used it off and on. One of my problems is that it can get quite warm just from body heat. This item does not state that it is a cooling pillow, so I am not faulting the product for that. If I was to purchase this type of item again, I would definitely look for one that stays cool. Using this pillow during the hot summer is just not comfortable as it makes me feel too hot and the material feels a bit scratchy and weird.I think the leg strap is a good idea, but if you have to get up multiple times in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, taking it off and putting it back on is not great. I usually just use the pillow without the strap.My overall opinion about this product is that I'm not sure if it actually helped my sore hips or made them worse. Some mornings I wake up and my hips are feeling great, other days my hips AND back are sore. The price is reasonable enough to give it a try, but I am undecided whether it actually works.

The pillow is very comfortable for sleeping, it cushions my legs and knees whilst still allowing my legs to move. The memory foam is of a medium density, which I prefer over harder or softer foam. The pillow is also very versatile, I often sleep with it attached to my over leg bent against the bed, with my under leg straight. It keeps my hips aligned, regardless of my position.The cover has a pocket for the zipper which makes sure it doesn't unzip or get caught on your body or bed covers. It's a soft yet durable fabric with a waffle texture. The side of the pillow is a tiny bit rougher, but it doesn't touch my body, so I don't mind it.The strap is very useful and is adjustable for how high/low I prefer the pillow to be. Unfortunately, after only one week, the Velcro rectangle on the pillow (for the strap to attach to) has already lost half of its stitches. It will fall off completely soon, but I think I can easily resew it. If not, the pillow can still be used without the strap.I would recommend this pillow as it's comfortable and good value.

I purchased this hoping to relief my husband's back pain. He could last more then a hour in bed with the pad before taking it off. He found the strap very annoying and did not really hold it in place like it was supposed to.

I've been reading up on these pillows. I tried one night using my own pillow and felt a difference as my leg wasn't pulling my hip area over in an angle. So I got this one as the saying goes " you get what you pay for" but not always. In this case it's worth the price I'd say. I found it interesting but very comfortable and the strap kept it in place. I noticed a difference in comfort and found my lower back wasn't as tight the next day as I bent over while I sat on my bed. So that's a tremendous improvement. Still using it and still enjoying it weeks/months later.

very uncomfortable. velcro is coming off on the pillow side. do not like it at all and I cannot return because I do not have the packaging any longer Too small for a knee pillow
