I generally don't like LED bulbs in vintage cars, but I replaced my reverse light bulbs with these in my 1979 Mercedes 300SD, and they make a huge difference! It's made it so much easier to back up my narrow driveway and into my garage at night. These LED bulbs (pictured right) are much brighter and whiter than the original incandescent bulbs (left) - the photo doesn't fully capture it, they are way brighter in person, and I like that they don't look super blue like some LEDs, more of a pure white. Time will tell, but they seem well constructed. Overall very pleased, they fit in the base and housing with no issues and work perfectly.

Work perfect as reverse light bulbs. Atleast 4 times brighter than normal incandescent bulb. In my personal opinion LED exterior bulbs are a must due to safety. It makes your vehicle more visible to other drivers especially in poor visibility/ bad weather conditions, while also helping the driver be able to see their surroundings better.

The bulbs were used to give Brake lights a brighter appearance. Also anyone planning to use these as Turn Signals, must replace the normal "Flasher" with a Flasher for LED bulbs. Can be bought from your local Auto Parts Store.

I’ve always struggled with the feeble light from typical 1156 reverse lamps. These are a game changer. Great, bright white illumination that extends back a good car length or more. I can finally see where I’m backing up without difficulty. To say I am very pleased is a big understatement.

My husband was able to replace my daughter’s tail light himself! So easy! For reference, her car is a 2017 Jetta

They didn't last as long as I had hoped. I only lasted me 6 months they they would burn out.

Replaced incandescent bulbs with these. Perfect fit and so much brighter.Box says 300x brighter and well …. Probably close.I have nothing bad to say. Will have to see how long they last.
