We offer two different sizes for the Resolve earbuds. To find which size fits you best, simply use a water bottle to measure your ear by lining up the edge of the cap with the part where your ear and your head meet.
If the other end of the cap can touch or cover the top of the little bump right outside your ear canal, please choose the small version of Resolve. If it cannot reach the top of the bump, choose the large size version.

Using for my iPhone XRGreat sound quality. I like that when I’m on a call the sound is clear and we’re able to hear and understand each other without any issue.Music sounds great as well.Comes with an informative guidance leaflet which offers online and phone support information including numbers and an email address which seems to me like they are serious about their product and take costumers concerns into consideration even after the point of purchase.I find these earbuds to be very comfortable considering there isn’t anything actually being put in my ear.These earbuds aren’t noise canceling which I personally find to be nice for safety reasons, and I’m still able to listen to an audio book or music and not be completely distracted or disturbed.Will Update

I can only tolerate open ear headphones or earpieces. I have very tender ear canals and even most ear clips hurt. I finally found “Bluetooth gold†with T-o-z-o-s open ear set, but since I wear them for 14 hrs a day my ears would get sore at the top, and I was concerned about my long term health with wireless. On a whim I went searching for wired open ear headphones and these came right up. I ordered both sizes since they didn’t have measurements, and figured that as a female with average size ears that the s/m would be the right size. I opened that size up first, put them on and set them up with my iphone14 promax. Oh my gosh these are SO COMFORTABLE- they sit perfectly as pictured, lightweight and smooth, not as bulky as Bluetooth pair! When I turned on podcast, then music I was shocked at how well I could hear everything! I even needed less Volume level to hear clearly. The final test was a phone call. I asked if they could hear me clearly, if I sounded like I had before etc and all was perfectly well. I am SO EXCITED to think I can ditch the wireless and be more comfortable at the same time. SO worth the wires to safeguard my health!!! I STRONGLY urge you to try this headset! Worth every penny and then some! I will circle back if I have any issues at anytime. If nothing is updated you can assume my glowing recommendation stands!

These are quite comfortable to wear. I can barely feel I'm wearing them. They don't go in your ears but actual speaker part is wide and flat, so they do cover the entire opening of my ear, which very slightly muffles external sounds. It also holds a little bit of heat in but not as much as over ear headphones or in ear earbuds.The sound quality is.. adequate. There's not very much bass. The sound sounds very open, almost like like listening to my laptop speakers.They can get quite loud, louder than I would want to listen to, without distorting. But they're significantly quieter for a given output volume from my laptop than when I connect some different earbuds, so you have to turn the volume up higher.They have an inline volume control and play/pause button. It worked perfectly when plugged into the headphone port on my macbook.The inline microphone works. The volume is a little bit low unless you hold the mic close to your mouth, but it's similar to other inline microphones. Voice sounds clear and not muffled. However, I couldn't get my macbook to detect them as a microphone input when connected to the 3.5mm port. I know the port works because I can use it with other headphones with inline mics.Overall, they're ok. They would be fine for some background sound while I'm working, but I probably wouldn't use them when listening to the music is my main focus, or for watching action movies. It's a little disappointing because it is possible to make open-ear headphones that do sound good- see some of the options Anker or Shokz offers. They're just not great for gaming because of the latency over bluetooth, which is why I wanted to go wired.

These are amazing.With the really cold weather I’ve been wearing big bulky over the ear headphones, which do a great job of blocking cold wind and loud sounds, but I know come warmer weather I’m not going to want to wear them outside.Enter these headphones! I have many ear piercings, and though I can wear other types of headphones they’re just not as comfortable as these. Now I don’t wear glasses so I can’t comment on how they’d feel with those, but they’re very lightweight and while dog walking they’re not bouncing around on my ears (I have small features and the S/M size fits great)The sound quality so far is just fine (though I’m not an audiophile by any means) and I haven’t tried the mic yet but I use these mainly for music/podcasts while doing other things.These are NOT noise canceling, which is kinda nice if I’m dog walking and trying to keep an ear on traffic/other people around etc. I can still hear my stuff but I’m also able to be aware of my surroundings.Overall these are great for maybe lower impact activities (idk how they’d do with like running or jump roping lol) and perfect if you don’t need noise canceling. The operate the iPhone well too

This is the most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever used in my life. You can wear them for a very long time and forget that you are wearing anything on your ears.The size selection was a bit confusing, as I wasn't sure which size to get, but I ended up getting the large one, and it's fine. Not sure if the smaller one would fit better.The wire design may need some improvement, but overall, it's a great purchase, and I highly recommend these headphones.The customer service was also great. They provided me with a replacement unit quickly.Thanks to Janice from Avantree Support—she was amazing and helped me throughout the process.

I use them for conference calls pretty much all day long. These are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them sometimes. I can still hear sounds around me (which I prefer for this use) and never have any complaints about my voice quality.

The speakers are fine, but the microphone is located quite low on the cable. So if you're wearing this together with a jacked or a hoodie, the mic will end up being low around your neck, stuck under layers of clothes, making you barely audible to people who you're talking to. Wearing it fully outside of your clothing will create more inconvenient wires around you and will create more noise to your conversation partners if it's windy (ideal mic would stay inside your jacket's or hoodie's hood, protecting it from the wind).
