I put this together Sunday and had to use a YouTube video to assist in this. Filled the tires only to 80(says can be filled to 110), unhooked the tire pump and jumped back several feet when the sound of the tire popping scared me. I had to find an inner tube online since the local store didn't carry one with a long enough valve, wait for that to come in (tomorrow), amd then replace the inner tube of both tires because I can't trust the other tire to not blow. NOT a satisfied customer.

I bought this bike as a gift for my boyfriend, overall the bike is amazing ðŸ‘🻠beautiful bike for the price. However, I was very upset to come home and see that a whole 1 foot of the packaging box was torn OPEN and exposing the contents inside, I'm very surprised and happy it didn't get stolen, but the box was torn open and left like that and crushed up on the other side and when I open it, some parts of the bike had minor scratches on it, while I didn't mind but was disappointed since I did pay quite a bit for this bike.

Brake cable tension knob on rear brake caliper was broken when I went to adjust brakes during set-up.

Maybe I just had the misfortune of getting the worst bicycle this company has ever manufactured. The bike comes without the front wheel attached. It should be easy to assemble by just taking the bolts off the front wheel, attaching the front wheel then putting the bolts back on. Unfortunately, the bolts were on so tight that I had to spray on a lubricant, let it soak for 24 hours then with much effort I was able to get the bolts off and attach the wheel.After a few days of short rides the left pedal came completely off. The threads are stripped where the peddle is screwed in so it is not a case of just getting a new pedal.Product support is terrible.

Hey all! This is my review of this bike as a person who has owned 3 bikes in their lifetime so far. Honestly, if you're just using this to commute, this is absolutely perfect enough for that. I ride about 8-10 miles to school and back and it gets the job done. But if you're an avid bike rider who really wants something serious, amazon, in general, is not the section for that and you should just go to a bike store to get one. I was able to put this bike together quite well but make sure every so often you check everything is secure and not becoming loose. Getting a tune-up in my opinion is just not worth it because it's just a single speed with pretty self-explanatory assembly. Anyways do not hesitate to buy a bike, a bike is a bike if it's just for commute. My only concern is the wheel strength since there's some potholes over here and man it's scary not knowing if my wheel will just bend.Nearly a 2 year follow up and here's the condition my bike is in now, I still ride about 10 miles a day, but not as much on the weekends. I've taken some beating falling off this bike due to random terrain but this bike has only sustained a few scrapes, the chains are holding up just fine but they seem to feel a little more loose than before now which is normal. The brake pads are getting thin for me so I'll need to replace them soon but overall the rusting is near minimal and that's around the parts that are exposed to rain often. The wheels are completely fine, no issues there and I'd say this bike has held up really well for its time. If the manufacture somehow sees this, I hope they specify any brake pad we should specifically get or if any generic one is okay. Hope my review helps those looking at this bike.

Bike looks and rides great. Some assembly required. Not hard to do if you’re handy in the least bit. Seems quality so far. Will see how it last through a season.

I’m 5’9†and I bought the 54cm one as suggested in the chart provided and the seat is still too high for me to sit on. Either they gave me a wrong one or the information they provided is wrong.

Right of the start from when I first rode the bike I could here a cracking noise coming from the crank area. Unfortunately, I can not return this bike as I threw out the box and the seat it came with and replaced with a better one. Poor quality crank resulting in having to have it looked at at the bike shop
