product came packaged well. But I had to replace the new phone coil with an old existing coil for it to work properly which is dissappointing when you spend this much money. When you insert usually you hear a little "snap" when the phone coil is locked in properly. one of the ends wasn't designed just right and it never "snaped" in and kept coming out loosely. Shouldn't do that for a new product at all.

This phone has never worked right from the start. I does not hang up, and if it does it randomly goes off the hook making us miss countless voicemails from our patients. Of course by the time we got our new office location finished and was able to get it set-up , it was too late to return. Would not purchase again.
