The divider look like the pictures. They were white and clean. They didn't come bent or crush they were in good condition. They are perfect for binders of all sizes. You can write and erase on them. I did want to buy based on the reviews but I did and they are good.

The dividers are fine, but I was unable to write with ballpoint pen or pencil in the tabs. So, I made labels.

It is very thin and soft. Although it has tab but even then very soft, and I do not recommend it.
