I use these, extensively, as well as the color ones intermittently. I am often a "brand loyal" person, and Avery is one of those brands, for me! The binder pockets are fairly heavy weight plastic, and the Avery brand hold up to day to day use better than "generic" versions I have seen. These bend, fold, and crease less, as others look to be lighter weight plastic. Also, the edges tear, at times, primarily the right, lower side. The one "improvement" I'm not so fond of is the stamping or embossing around the pocket, now. They used fold the front pocket over the back, about a half inch or so, and I think heat seal it. With the stamping, I am guessing that was done to improve durability, but it makes the inside dimension smaller - still holds standard size paper, but fewer. And, the pages have to be pretty well aligned to get in more easily. Wonder if they could fold the pocket over and somehow stamp it on the back? Improve durability without compromising the inside measurement?? But, it certainly has not deterred me from using these. I use for my classes - lecture notes, articles, etc.; at home for articles, the bill binder, etc. I use clear more, but use the colors for color coding various things.

I use these pockets for archiving my neighborhood newsletter. I can fit an entire year's worth in each pocket. For reference, that's only 12 pages, but they can easily hold twice that amount. (Packaging states 25 pages and I think that's accurate.) I also like that I can flip through the pages without having to remove them. They are fairly sturdy, so I'm confident that they will last a very long time.

Does it’s job, is handy to have, and seems durable enough.

Any papers that should be protected, or free from side holes that a punch would create, belong in these pockets. They're very clear, sturdy, and not too thick either. I print out sheet music and store government documents, manuals, and keep proofs of purchase of important/major household items in these binders. If you want to find things quickly and be assured that they're protected, these are ideal for safe storage.

These are great for what my son needed, but they are bigger than actual dividers. So if you are using a divider and the pocket these stick out further than the dividers. That is a little annoying but they aren't so big that they stick out past the binder. My son is fine with it so I kept them, if they were for me then I would have exchanged them.

Bought these to hold stapled documents that I didn't want to hole punch and it does the job. Easy to access the documents in the binder.

A bit flimsier than other brands I’ve purchased. My usuals were sold out. These do not really replace them in terms of usefulness. I bought them because I wanted clear and not coloured. They are clear and I like that.
