I love these dividers for keeping some of our office books organized. Each sheet has a reinforced edge on the edge that has holes punched for placing them into a binder - this makes them durable enough to stand up to the wear and tear they get as I flip through the binders putting invoices, insurance forms, and other miscellaneous pages into the binders. I have some that are several years old (and they do take a beating with every one flipping through the various notebooks) and they have held up well - no tears at all. The tabs are black in color and printed with gold lettering. The set includes Jan. through Dec. for one years worth of filing your documents. They are very easy to read (even for older folks like me) and keep everything easy to find. Great organization tool.
