I ordered these to ship out some posters and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. They are sturdy and thick, and the lids fit on there great. I had no issues with the packing tape sticking to them, although the washi tape that I used to outline the addresses peeled up a bit. Fiberboard is a little rough, so Sharpie ink will feather on the outside, though not too noticeably unless you're a stickler for those sorts of things. No one I sent posters to had any issues with them and the post office shipping labels also stuck to them well.A solid choice if you need to mail something in bulk.

This is a sturdy mailing tube and the caps snap in tightly. In two boxes, I did not find any significant variations in length. What more can you ask for in a mailing tube?

100% useless. They are so thin that any hope of keeping things protected is going to leave you disappointed. I’ve had to cut them and wrap one around another followed by excessive tape to get any kind of stability. Wont buy again.

I bought these to store and protect old paper piano rolls. The box that I am using is 12-1/4" tall. The rolls are 12" long. So, 12" tubes would work fine. Trouble is these tubes are 13-1/4" long, not 12. So they don't fit. I will either have to cut down 34 of these by hand or send them back. If the advertised 12" was for inside with the caps on, it should state this clearly. My assumption is that the actual cardboard tube is at the stated 12". So, be careful when ordering for a specific length.

I've purchased these several times now however the last shipment was different, lids do not stay on securely, I'm going to have to tape the lids on :( Customer received an empty tube in the mail.
