This is standard newsprint paper. I measured it to be 0.002†thick, which is the sames as other packing paper, as well as the same as my local newspaper. This paper is 17†by 27â€. It seems that newsprint packing paper come in all sorts of sizes. I have used paper from Uhaul, and that is larger at 29.5†by 24â€. The 17â€x27†is a good overall size, but maybe a little small for some items (ie dinner plates). Since the paper is sold by the pound, you more sheets with smaller sizes. The only downside to this paper is that it is shipped in a simple plastic sheath, where some others use a cardboard box (which is easier to store and handle).

This newsprint was great for my recent packing up of some china that I very rarely use. It is not too thick so it doesn’t add extra weight to my box. It is so much easier that trying to use newspapers and I don’t have to worry about getting the ink on my hands and items.

This blank newspaper is very good quality. It's very heavy and thick. It has worked well for packing our dishes for our upcoming move. My kids also like it for drawing on. Very good quality and smooth. I'm really happy with this.

Thin but otherwise good quality packing paper. The weight of this pack is a bit short but the sheet number seems to be accurate. Work great & easy to use. I recommend.

This is great for packing things. I have a candle business and we wrap the glass jars in this newsprint when we sell them. This is great because it doesn’t transfer any ink. These sheets are large and can handle different sized objects. It will keep your items nicely protected.

These newsprint sheets are perfect for use when packing fragile items. So much better than using old newspapers because you don't have to worry about the ink staining your hands or what you're wrapping. Can also be used by children as drawing paper or to create temporary signs.

Pre-cut newsprint paper sheets work great for packing breakables. Lay out the entire pack, then wrap a piece and put it in a box or tub. Grab the next item, wrap and go. I used to go to the newspaper office and get their end rolls for packing. That's nice but you really need a roll cutter for it to be practical. Cut sheets are the easiest way.
