These shelves were exactly what I was looking for to store a few extra towels and display a little decor in my almost-done bathroom renovation. I am pleased with the quality and appearance of the shelves as well as the easy to understand instruction booklet. Axeman was kind enough to provide a little extra hardware, too, and this came in handy because of the level they also provided. The level is cute but not accurate. Toss it. If you trust it you'll be drilling extra holes in your wall when you realize your shelves are crooked. I didn't take off any stars for the tiny level--it was a nice gesture, if only it worked. If you have another level, use it and if you don't, you'd probably be better off eyeballing it.

Shelves were sealed in plastic to preserve their factory freshness. All the hardware needed is included. Easy instructions. Looks very good with my stereo receiver, DVD, and Blu Ray players mounted on the shelves. Helped to clear away the top of our media cabinet. Excellent!

These things are STURDY, the wood is weighty enough that I actually feel safe putting my belongings on it! The hardest part was finding the studs, but now that they're in they feel like they aren't going to come out any time soon, practically unshakable. Totally worth the little extra $ for the quality.
