I have had this camera for about month now and it works very well. The installation was pretty easy and the front view camera quality is amazing. I am able to use it as a rear view mirror and also use the rear camera as well. Although the rear camera is a little pixelated I prefer to use the mirror instead. Regardless it continues to record which I like. I have tint in my back window so I don’t know if that’s why the rear camera isn’t the best but I also didn’t want to mount outside my car and drill a hole. Overall the night vision is great for the front camera but not so good for the back one.

Soon be a year and it's worked great. Easy installation, video quality is great everyone talks about it. Night vision is better than my eyes. Lol. All in all great features amd great product would definitely buy another.

Pretty good quality. Cable was not long enough to install backup cam on 2007 Honda Odyssey van. I zip tied the cable to the passenger roof a/c vents and ordered an extension cable to run cam correctly. One thing I have not figured out yet is how to convert the GPS speed from KPH to MPH. I have looked through all the settings and can't find it. Also I would like to have seen the speed displayed on the main screen. Speed is only displayed on the GPS screen. I have not tried the player to view the recorded GPS info.

I highly recommend this dash cam! This is the 2nd AZDOME dash cam I ordered and again it exceeded my expectations. I have the M550 in my car which I love so much, I wanted to get one for my sons car. Since my son is a new driver (and some of us know, they can be targets for getting pulled over) I didn’t want his to be in the window “obstructing his view†so this mirror cam works perfectly. (yes the air fresheners were taken down - lol). I was worried that the mirror would be bulky, but it’s not! Also, I really like that the GPS module is included because we can see his speed if anything. Additionally, I like that if God forbid he crashed, I know the camera is secure and won’t come flying off, like it would if it was suction cupped.The cam was easy to install, my teen installed it himself (granted he’s a car buff). We like how the power cord is over 11 ft long because he can plug it into the rear socket to free up the front one. Also the cord for the back camera has more than enough slack for his Jeep Cherokee.Another great option is the back up cam. We recently went camping and the back of the car was filled to the top. We were able to see behind us thanks to the back/up cam!Some more good points on this dash cam and the other ones from this company are they include the card so you don’t have to worry about ordering that! You can also purchase the hard wire kit (I have the kit in my Explorer which is great). Also the picture quality is amazing. We are handy with working on cars, installing electronics, however not so savvy with the technology aspect of the gadgets, and anytime I contact this company they get back to us right away and want to make we got it working! Again, I can not recommend this dash cam enough!

First I thought it was running smoothly as I viewed few of my drives when I installed it. I cannot express enough how absolutely crappy the camera is on this thing. It's garbage. Nothing HD or 1080p about it. Camera in the day looks like 360p, but at night it's as blurry as 140p. Bought this as a gift for someone to protect themselves and hopefully use the rear view footage as their mirror but the quality makes that impossible, especially at night. They have to cut the screen off everytime they drive to use the mirror instead. To be clear, there is ZERO night vision.You cannot use both high-safety features at the same time. Most people are buying this for the rearview, so this sucks. I thought that I would be able to use the front and back safety features at the same time. The nighttime rearview Mirror is really not safe. When a car comes up behind, it blinds the camera, and you cannot see anything behind you or even the sides. Very dangerous. During the day, the rearview camera is great, but when you install it for a car, you feel like you are on the ground, and all vehicles are on top of you.
