What I say:What I say:Each page is thick, which tends to stop ink from bleeding through. These could be used for shorthand other than Gregg. I only use Gregg shorthand though, so I cannot say for absolute certainty.The lines are wide-ruled, so no crunching the ink/symbols to make deciphering later a problem. Both sides of the pad may be used for writing.The cardboard front and back are not thin. This keeps the pad in better shape and less chance of bending.Pages are clean, easy to view writing on, and feel nice to write upon. The word stenography comes from the Greek and it means “narrow writingâ€, which it was use to identify shorthand systems of writing when meetings and conversations were transcribed by hand. I don’t know if stenography is still in use, at least as shorthand since it has been replaced by machines, but this AZUREAL Steno Pad sure is a welcome visitor from the past. It is the right size of the steno pad and it is divided in the middle which it was designed so as to allow writers to move quickly over the page. To me, it gives me the advantage of having two columns that can be paired textually, as in inventory tasks, id of any classification, and such, but I can also use it as a ToDo pad where, in one column, the ToDo’s and in the other the actual activity on it. The cover is plastic, which gives some protection against water, and the perforations are square that provide for a cleaner page removal when compared to the round perforations. I like these steno pads. Try them and you’ll find lots of uses.

I love this spiral notebook and use it for my gardening journal. It's great for note taking and the color and design is just right for my flower tasks! I can write what I want to do, what I want to buy, and future projects. The size is ideal and the fact that I get 2 makes it a great value for the money. The paper has a nice thickness so that it doesn't tear easily and I can keep this in my shed for the whole season or bring it back into the house daily.

I love steno pads for making notes - just the right size and the spiral binding makes it easy to flip over and write on the other side. These pads are great - the paper is 'real' (i've seen some plastic-y paper lately) and has lines on both sides. They are a bit smaller than the standard steno pads i've seen, but these will be perfect for me and will last quite a while. I like the pastel covers on them too - one is a pale green and the other is a cream/beige (as shown on the online product description). The writing paper has blue lines on white paper. Very happy with these!

These are perfect. I really like the way that they fit into my purse so I can take them with me. They are perfect for taking notes in and for writing shopping lists. I wish that they had a little more pages in them, but they are great in the whole. I love them, well worth the purchase.

Nice notebooks but I wish they had more structure. It's hard to write in them without a hard surface to place them on.
