The Grill shops near me rarely carry anything Post Oak. This brand has been a life saver. My best briskets are made with these wood chunks

This is a super wood for smoking meat. Large chunks, excellent flavor, burns a good long time. I’ll be buying this again.

Not bad for the price and has some good size chunks for smoking in my BGE.Bad side on my second bad had a lot of smaller pieces almost shaving versus chunks along with bark. There's no consistency in the product.

These chunks work great for my brisket smoking needs. I found them much cheaper at ACE hardware, who would of thought.
