The quality of the actual material seems fine. However, it is TIGHT on the legs. I ordered these in size medium for my child (who normally wears size 12 pants). The length of the pant was fine, but the pants were so tight that it looked like my child was wearing boot-cut footless tights (if there is such a thing). The pant was skin-tight from the hip all the way down to almost the ankle. There was only a bit of a loose section near the ankle.

XL was super tight on my very skinny 11-year-old who is 5'5" and approximately 105 lbs. I thought they looked tight, but cute. My son refused to wear them to dance class b/c they left NOTHING to the imagination -- skin tight.

If you are looking for a poly-texture shiny-appearing pant with a drawstring then these will be perfect. They are very large for size and extremely long. Nicely made but not what I had expected and I won't be able to use them for years!

Bought these for my son's Jazz/tap recital. The picture makes them look like they are somewhat snug on the thigh and loosen up right at the knee. This is NOT the case. They are tight all the way down to his ankle. They throw off the rest of the costume that he is wearing for his performance. Tight-fitting, shiny, and silky they are not at all what I expected and they don't look remotely close to what the kid in the picture is wearing. Luckily I have a little time so these are getting returned pronto!
