This is a simple but cute fascinator. It comes on an alligator clip, but also comes with a headband. So, you can wear it directly on your hair or you can clip it onto the headband. It's a tulle flower design with a pearl in the middle of the flower. It's not very complicated but still pretty. The headband looks fancy but it isn't the most comfortable, the shape/fit is a little strange. Not a big deal, you can always use your own headband. I would probably use something that was closer to my hair color anyway.

This is a very basic "fascinator" that would be fun to play dress up or fun for a girls night out and the silliness that that entails. The quality is just OK as the material is a bit rough. This has two parts, a beige headband (that can be worn separately) and then the beige flower that can then be clipped on. Since this is in two parts, it is versatile in that you can select the placement of the flower to suit your style and needs, but the clip may not be comfortable in every location along the band.At less than $13 at the time of this review, you get what is expected at that price-point. I don't think it's classy enough to be called "elegant" but it is fun, and for that, I recommend it! Hope this helps! :-)
