Ordered 2 sets of 2. The first one was harder to put together, but the other 3 were easy and quick to put together. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. They work great and fold well, seem sturdy. Good value for money.

We have two guest rooms that were always looking for items for. I bought these and they were really easy to assemble. And great quality. I love that they fold up and can be put away in a closet. A good choice.

First, this is an attractive piece once assembled, but getting there is difficult to impossible. There are two luggage racks in the package. The assembly instructions are for a different model, and of course, no English. You would not think a rack would be hard to assemble, but it is. When I opened the second rack the nylon belt on top was slit through. There was no info on how to contact anyone at the company for customer service. I only needed the critical top piece replaced, but the only option was to send it back through Amazon. My return was approved over 10 days ago, but now “silence.â€

These look great and are very sturdy but the instructions could be better. The key is to get the top piece placed correctly. On side is longer than the other. After I realized that it was a breeze.

I needed these for my guest room and an Airbnb. These are the sweet spot for racks... half the price of most others, yet beautiful and sturdy. And the rack at the bottom is a very nice touch, and adds to the stability. They're even easy to assemble, but for the first few minutes you need a helper to hold the pieces straight, as the dowels can snap pretty easily If the pieces flop around. But there was an extra screw and dowel packed in with each of the racks (can you believe it??? I haven't seen that in a couple of decades!) so I was good to go as soon as I recruited a helper. I highly recommend it, and we'll order more as I add more for more rentals.

Considering the cost the racks are of an excellent quality. Ended up getting two sets. Very easy to put together in less than 30 mins each rack.Highly recommend for both home and rental properties!

I returned the product because It was extremely cumbersome to put together. Definitely not worth the energy.
