I'll preface this by saying the original item received was clearly used and missing the waterproof liner. An exchange was promptly provided. So my review is of the actual product as the issue was taken care of.This baby lounger is exceptionally soft. As in, I want an adult sized version! The 100% cotton material and supportive but soft stuffing make for a squishy plush lounging pillow perfect for little ones. The mid-wrap portion makes it easy to carefully strap baby in and provide them a bit of comforting resistance. The pattern is SUPER cute and our friends have complemented it a lot. The texture of the back allows us to use it on any flooring surface, and the included washable and water resistant mat means we can take it outside on the grass without worry. And were it to get spit up on or grass stained, it's washable and no sign of shrinkage.

Ordering things on Amazon can sometimes be like a box of chocolates- You never know what your gonna get. This looked really nice, and I was hopeful it would be nice (especially considering the price), but I was still cautious and didn't want to plan on using this (for an upcoming trip) until I actually saw it in person.Thankfully, the lounger arrived super quick. It came folded in half and packed in/ protected by a large plastic bag that was tied shut on top. While the packaging wasn't extravagant (and I'm fine with that- I actually prefer it, as it's less to deal with), it was enough to keep the lounger clean and safe- free from dirt or debris, which I appreciate. There wasn't a single hint of odor either. Despite those points, I wash everything before use (especially baby products!), so straight to the wash the cover went.The cover was so easy to take off and get back on. Finally! A baby product that's easy to clean and doesn't have a million buckles and snaps to deal with! I can't tell you how much I appreciated the ease of removal and cleaning, especially when just a few days into use, the baby had a blow out that went all over! It's ridiculously easy to wash too and doesn't require any special laundry cycle and dries quick, without shrinking, in the dryer. It's all about easy with a baby and this is easy!The material is excellent!Now, I'm a bedding/linens snob through and through. I've also noticed that my standards seem to be higher than most. (I read reviews before purchasing and I have ordered countless products that people raved about only to recieve garbage that I had to send back immediately). Quality materials are even more important for my babies delicate, new skin. The material of this is beyond soft. It isn't the cheep, treadbare, thin stuff either. It's thick, plush and luxurious. There isn't a single rough patch anywhere. And despite how dense the material is, it doesn't seem to get matted down with use or washing either.The constructiom quality is also excellent.There are no rough, jagged or messy seams or surges (inside of the cover or connecting any of the flaps, feet, carrying straps, etc). There isn't a single loose or rogue thread. All the stitching is clean, even and very secure. Even with travel, several washes at this point and almost daily use, this lounger looks and seems brand new.I absolutely love how easy this is to travel with, making it super convenient. It isn't the most lightweight lounger (which I believe is a nod to the quality), but it's still easy for me to manage- on my own even. But this isn't just nice for travel and outings. I didn't expect to use this daily at my home. It's awesome for co-sleepers because the sides are nice and high, basically eliminating the opportunity for accidents. The non slip backing, which isn't a thick rubber, rather small textured dots, keep the lounger from slipping around on the bed or any surface really.And this is also perfect when you need to get things done and the baby doesn't want to go in the swing, seat or crib. My daughter LOVES laying in this and will often go right to sleep when she lays down. Honestly, I would too because it really seems super comfy! It's nice and padded, but not at all lumpy. If I could fit, I wouldn't mind catching a nap in this myself!Finally, to mention the obvious, this is one of the cutest, most adorable things I have ever seen! I'm obsessed with the fact it's not the typical, gaudy colors. And there isn't a whole bunch of extra junk/details which make most baby products look tacky. This is clean and super classy looking.I was hesitant on picking this up because it is on the expensive side and, in the past, things like this have been very disappointing- but not this. With all the use we have gotten from this already (with more ahead), the convenience it offers, the exceptional materials and quality and ease of use, this is money well spent.I HIGHLY recommend this for any family who has an upcoming trip with baby or if you travel often. This would also make an incredible baby gift- and extra points that it's gender neutral too! This my friends is a MEGA win!

I liked that it's made of 100% cotton, and very soft and snuggly. However, I expected this to be a lot more firm - it was rather squishy and the inside really has not support at all, so kind of flimsy. I don't think the value is there for the price, so it wouldn't be on my list of highly recommended items for new parents. Just ok in my book.

I wanted something to keep my newborn close while I moved around the house, so I decided to get a baby lounger. It's been super helpful for keeping my baby comfortable and allowing me to have my hands free for a bit. I can easily carry it from room to room, and my little one seems to really like it. It's soft and cozy, which is nice for nap time. It has these edges that make the baby feel secure, which I appreciate because it gives me peace of mind while I’m busy with tasks.The only downside is that it isn’t very easy to clean. If there’s any spit up or mess, it can be a hassle to deal with. Also, you need to keep an eye on the baby because it's meant for supervised use only.Pros:- Comfortable and cozy for the baby.- Portable and easy to carry around.- Makes it easy to have hands free.- Edges provide a feeling of security for the newborn.Cons:- Difficult to clean if there's a mess.- Requires supervision at all times.

Good lounger but I assumed it would come with some kind of little mattress or padding in the middle. Strangely there's nothing in the middle, only the sides have padding. We mostly use it on the couch so that's fine but if you were going to put it on a hard floor you'd need to stuff something inside or put it on top of some kind of padded mat.I'm glad that it came "assembled" because I had to stuff all the filling into another baby lounger and it was a huge hassle.

This infant mat is very plush and soft. It’s large which offers a wide amount of space to support your baby. The Velcro straps attach around the middle to secure your little one. This comes with a mat to place underneath to avoid sliding. This is a nice good basic cushion to use while keeping an eye on your baby at all times. While the cushion is soft, I think its thickness will wear down over time. It is a good value for your little one.

Before I make my full review, as always, I want to be clear: this item is NOT for cosleeping or for a baby to sleep unmonitored. If you use this item, you should be awake and nearby. Positional asphyxia or even carbon monoxide bubbles can occur with any item with sides, so be aware.With that said... I love this little nest! The fabric is so soft, and the padding is soft but not too soft where it feels inherently unsafe. The cover easily comes off and held up well to washing with free and clear detergent. I like the portability of the item even though it's large, so it can easily go to Grandma's house or wherever you may need it to go. It's perfect for resting on the couch next to you while you do other tasks, as long as baby cannot roll yet.
