First step: Find the doll's left hand

Step 2: Open the left hand zipper

Step 3: There is a flapping module inside the doll's left hand. Push the switch to "ON" and then zip up.

Bought for my niece for Christmas but it never worked. Never even turned on. Tried charging it multiple times but still nothing. Unfortunately I was past return window due to a work trip. Very disappointed.
