This MISSWISDOM Baby Sling Carrier is great for on-the-go! It is not bulky, so you can easily fold it down and tuck it into a backpack, diaper bag pocket, stroller or bag-purse. I ordered the off white/cream color which is nice and neutral. The material of the sling and the shoulder/back strap is natural cotton twill. I appreciate that only a soft, natural fiber is in contact with the baby's skin and the skin of the adult wearing the sling. The approximately 16.5" long by 3.25" wide shoulder/back strap is very well cushioned with foam that is about 10/16" thick, which makes it quite comfortable to wear. Each of the two approximately 16" long, 2" wide black nylon straps are made of a very strong nylon. The heavy-duty black plastic click-together connector hardware is about 2 & 6/16" wide by about 3" long when the male & female sides are snapped together. The full length of the cotton section of the sling measures about 30.25" with the actual pouch portion measuring about 23" long by 5" wide when it is accordion-folded flat and about 20" wide/deep when fully expanded. A sewn-in 2" wide strip of padding runs all the way along both the top and bottom edges of the pouch, providing extra thickness and definition to the edges as well as comfortable cushioning for Baby's limbs when they are popping out of the sling. One end of each black nylon strap has an elastic loop sewn onto it at a 90° angle. That loop seems to function as a "finger handle" to assist in locating and grasping the end of the straps while you're wearing the sling so you can tighten it on the go. It also seems to serve as an extra safety precaution to help block the ends of the straps from sliding through and out of the click-closure hardware. The strap ends are hemmed triple-thick, so I don't think they would easily slide out anyway, but loop makes it more difficult to do so. Also built into this sling are 2 safety loops of a different size and style which are designed prevent the sling from suddenly opening up and dumping the child out if ever one of the click-together strap closures malfunctions or doesn't get completely clicked together, or in case the sides of one of the click-together closures happens to get inadvertently squeezed, which would open it. The loops are sewn onto the female side of the click-together closure hardware. Once the male side is clicked into the female side, you simply place the safety loop around the back of the male side of the hardware. Then, if one of the closures ever unlatch, the safety loop will continue holding the strap closed. I've attached some photos to show these features. This is a very practical, lightweight, non-bulky, packable, comfortable, safety-first, simple baby sling. Because it is so easy to quickly throw into a bag and so uncomplicated to put on, I think it would make an often-used, highly appreciated baby gift.

This has been a great help with my 1 year old. He gets to see what mom or dad is doing without the weight getting to be too much too soon. Fabric looks to be way too wash and strong. Easy to use once you get the hang of it!

This sling baby carrier is absolutely fantastic. It's intended for babies 4-36 months who are able to sit up/hold their own head up. It's compact and simple to use unlike some other carriers plus it's actually comfortable to wear! It's pretty much like a wearable little baby hammock, your child can either lay in it on their back (while also holding them), sit in it facing you either on your hip or right in front of you. There's just one padded strap that goes over your shoulder with detachable buckles on either ends of the sling. On the sling where you child sits has some padding on the edges and it's as simple as throwing it over your shoulder, seating your child in it and tightening it to your liking. It's sturdy and breathable material that's easy to clean. It comes in the colors beige or black and will match with any outfit. I can't rave enough about this product because before I got this I had yet to find a baby carrier that has worked for my son and myself. Just the convenience and ease of use had me sold on this, not to mention the great price. As soon as this came in the mail I tested it out and went for a 20 minute walk with my son and he didn't mind being in the sling at all. He seemed comfortable and supported (remember this is a sling so you still need to hold your baby while they are in this). He loved being held during our walk instead of sitting in his stroller like usual. I 110% recommend this product to anyone with kids 3 and under and I will be recommending this to all of my Mama friends and family.

This sling has wide straps with big buckles that can be secured one-handed. There's also a safety strap on each strap so as it loosens or slides out it gets caught and doesn't fall all the way through. It folds down small and convenient to carry in a diaper bag. The fabric is sturdy feeling and relatively soft. It has stretch but isn't super stretchy. It isn't as soft or as stretchy as the fabric of a Moby wrap, for instance. I do like it though and it makes for a quick way to put a carrier on yourself and place your baby in it. The cream color looks easy to stain though, which worries me. However, I'm happy with it so far.

This is definitely better suited to babies who have good neck strength and who are still fairly lightweight. All of the weight of baby ends up on the wearer’s shoulder. Even with the wide padding, that gets uncomfortable quickly. This is not a hands-free carrier. At least one hand must be on baby while wearing. I like that it folds down very compactly, even small enough to tuck into the diaper bag.

The sewing is neat and professional, and the padding feels supportive. The buckles are large and easy to use, and there is a safety design feature of a small strap that keeps the buckle from inadvertently falling away when open. The strap ends have a small loop of elastic that can be handy for grabbing for adjustments without having to look at it behind you. This is comfortable for a baby, and I'll have to wait and see how comfortable it is with a toddler. But it looks well-made and large enough that a toddler will fit. Overall, I like the value of this sling over others I have tried.
