i was afraid these would hang down and look like swaying hooks. No - you can tight them or loosen them to fit your preference. - they are velcro, but they have it so it goes around the bar twice. they will not come off by them self's. very sturdy- i like the 4 hooks- 2 for the wheelchair back pack bag, one for my car keys and one left for what ever, very handy

The hooks in particular are very functional. The Velcro straps are pretty cheaply made and wear out rather quickly.

The hooks came in early. It's been a useful piece for my son's stroller as I am able to carry/hang items with ease. It looks like its durable too. I have carried quite a few, using those hooks and it has managed nicely.

This initially seems like a great product and for the use of it it is, but it’s not made very durably within six months or less they end up failing whether it be the plastic part breaking or the Velcro itself just wearing out I typically don’t put too heavy of things on it and my daughter has a wheelchair so the hooks are convenient but cost wise. I don’t think I’ll order this again.

Sturdy, functional very easy to use. Love that I can easily put it on anywhere on the stroller handle
