For my baby granddaughter, they are her favorite chew toy!! I highly recommend them!! Easy to clean, perfect size for her little hands!!

Silicone key ring does not open so keys will stay on but there is no way to attach this toy unless you add a leash or other attaching ring.

My daughter loves these!. (4 Months) Easy to wash and can go right into the bottle sterilizer for disinfecting!. Silicone is a plus!. I do wish the keys could be removable since my daughter loves chewing on the bubble ring and the keys get in the way sometimes. Easy to grab and hold in her hand and they’re not to light weight so she’s building strength in her fingers/ arms!.
