I found this to be very easy to install. Removed 4 screws/bolts from the barrel sides, put on the brackets that come with the tray, slip the tray on to the brackets and tighten those screws/bolts. I did put some black tape along the edge of the tray where it bangs against the smoker legs, just to prevent that area from getting chipped which would make it easier for rust to get in. Otherwise, very easy solution to having a place to keep things while smoking meat. It folds down nicely for the cover to still slide right over. Highly recommend.

Was worried it wouldn't match the treager powder coat, but it did for me. Nice that it folds, easy to install, and is very stable. Definitely not made in America but over a 1/3 of the cost and just as good of quality as the factory one.

I think this is actually from the factory that makes Traeger products in China. The finish, fasteners, everything looks like the real thing. They even put in an instruction sheet with the Traeger logo.
