My son needed a new mouthpiece for his trumpet while playing for the jazz band and this was the size his band director recommended. It’s well made and sounds great. I definitely recommend if the size is the right fit for you.

The 3D helps me to strengthen my embouchure. I don't know if I will ever be a trumpeter that can use this on an every day basis, but it helps me to improve my range with my other mouthpieces.

I'M HOME! I played the trumpet for many years in various musical groups and one of my two mouthpieces used was a Bach 7CW. I recently began playing again and was having trouble with a particular song when I remembered - I would use my 7CW for these type of tunes. Not having one (my old one was pretty worn) I ordered this one. When it arrived, I tried it with the song that was giving my difficulty and Voilà ! No problems at all. Seems like old times again.
