While the product seems adequate so far, when I received it, there was no instructions, no ideaa of who made it, or any other informtion, and just an empty box with the product wrapped in plastic. It would have been helpful to have some kind of instructions about the proper use and care of product. Nada! Nothing, and I was seriously annoyed, and disappointed in Amazon because I expected (silly me) better service.
