This are amazing. I'm an Athletic Trainer at a small college, and the athletes constantly want to stretch or crack their back. I bought these after seeing that other wheel all over my Facebook. This one is more economical and has a case and some TheraBands. The kids like it and I use it myself from time to time. It feels amazing to stretch out your back and get a it to pop. Just one thing, if you have long hair, make sure you put it up in a clip or messy bun, because it does hurt to roll over.
