I've used roller wheels before but what I am loving about these are the vertebrae track that helps you protect your spine while aligning your exercise to get max benefits. The soft foam layer is comfortable on your back, which you need when you want to decompress and be gentle on yourself at the same time. The 3 sizes allow me to target everything from my back to my wrists. Try these! They are worth the price.

This roller is really helpful in adjusting your back. I’ve tried foam rollers but they could never adjust my back. This roller has just enough firmness while sufficient padding to do exactly what I need. Definitely a great roller if you’ve tried other rollers without success.

These work for me, they don't crack your back but rather allow you to stretch and relieve tension. I have a chirp brand and these are the same

I had emergency back surgery in 2020. Physical therapy instilled the use of a foam roller. I’ve used a trigger point for years. Finally made the switch this year. I was dealing with numbness in my left foot after surgery and this set helps me keep it in place with the different sizes. First time I used it was life changing.

After reading reviewing on so many I decided to go with this set and brand! Received the items and they were a lot heavy than I expected especially because I travelled with them as a carry-on. Gave them as a Christmas gift and they are working wonderfully. Being used to help aid and stretch out the back muscles and cartilage.

I get knots in my back that are a struggle to release. The smaller two of these is amazing for my neck. Just helps release the tension from hunching over. The medium one is great for stretching my back. I use them a couple times a week to help me when I can’t get enough range of motion for full stretches.

Good quality for the price. I prefer rollers that are as wide as your back.
