Excellent for making small holes using the side teeth to cut through the grass. Lightweight and still strong. Good functionality being that you could use it in the garden or making holes using your metal detector. Good design. It's in the hand well for a good grip. With the pouch connected at your hip you can easily have access. Well made no problems when using in the dirt ground or metal detecting. Nice compactness having the tool easily at hand. Used many times and had excellent success. Good value excellent choice for metal detecting or any other activity for that matter. Excellent digging. I felt no need for using gloves when using this handle grip. Great success to you.

Had to buy two, I think the first one disappeared with the lawn service. Comfortable, well built, be careful, one side is intentionally sharp.

just started metal detecting not too long ago, and needed a small shovel/trowel. this one jumped out to me. works really good. the square end on the handle can get a little uncomfortable if using for long periods of time, but works great. lightweight and comfortable to wear around the waist. great price.

I'll keep this for quick access camping shovel so I don't have to unstrap the big shovel. Decent utility to the shovel as well. A friend ordered one after I showed it to him.

Ive tried multiple of these little camping shovels and this has won the award. Its extremely sturdy and easy to hold. It comes in a case so its easy and safe to transport and the size is perfect.

I really did need a metal one and one with teeth on the side to cut through roots in the mountains of North Carolina where I used it backpacked. Great for making those holes for your poop.

Super nice. Very sturdy and versatile. It’s one tool that will always be in my pop up camper. Love that I can dig a trench one minute and then cut some branches the next. Won’t leave home for camping with out it.
