I love this thing. It is a little bigger than I expected, but cute. I upgraded my mason jar for container. My grease drained perfectly and the strainer did its job. Impressive! Easy to use. It will last for years.

I absolutely love this bacon holder. It's nice and big the best part is it has a side so you get the best part of the bacon grease without the little chucks. I love it so much I bought my mother n law one.

Upon opening, my first thought was I will break the lid. It's some sort of ceramic. Then I saw the cute little recipe book that has about 25 recipes to make with bacon and/or bacon grease; then the strainer sitting in the cup. Pulling out the cup that holds the grease, it feels like an old fashioned tin cup covered with enamel. It should hold up better than I think the lid will. Also, a card with 6 more recipes and a little spatula. Overall, it's a good buy and should work well for it's purpose. Box is clearly labeled, Made in China. I put this because some product descriptions won't clearly tell you where it's made.

Love this item. It comes with a little strainer attached at the top to keep out unwanted small pieces of bacon that may be in the pan. Love that I can re use and cook with the bacon grease without the hassle of little pieces in it. The color of the container is vibrant, and made very durable but is not heavy, the opening at the top is big enough to add grease easily without dumping everywhere. Recommend to anyone wanting to save their bacon grease drippings.

Great strainer, good sized pot. The handle stays cool when dumping hot grease in. Looks exactly line the image and looks cute on my counter
