Took a chance on these as my poffertjes pan got lost in a move. This worked well. It does not feel like a heavy build but at this price if it lasts a few seasons or until I found my pan then I think it was worth it.

I received this today and despite it not being that vintage yellow I was expecting from the picture (it’s more of a bright yellow mustard), I’m excited to use it soon for my teenage son! I look forward to making our own Dutch pancakes instead of spending way too much at the store for 10 in a box. I’ll let you know how it goes!

Plug it in, turn it on, and off you go. Great price, used it several times already and no problems. Comes with two turning forks and an ail brush. What more do you want. Can use for all sorts of "pancakes" I plan to try out all sorts of stuff

I used a box mix for pancakes and added 3 chocolate chips to each pancake as they were cooking. By the time I had filled each well it was a race to get the chocolate chips into each and begin flipping them. The mix made around 40 mini pancakes (my helpers were consuming while I was filling, etc. so I don't have a good count). They were all consumed in one sitting:) I plan to try a cake mix next. Fun and the entire family enjoyed them. Bonus, the griddle is easy to clean and is small and easily stored. Sorry, I didn't have time for photos during cooking and there was nothing left after for photos:)

If you want super tiny pancakes this is the way to go! The cook plate is just hot enough to cook the pancakes perfectly! While I am sure that you can use any recipe or mix, the recipes in the cook book are not hard to follow and the result is a nice fluffy tiny bite of pancake.

I have been wanting one of these for a minute. I usually go to Trader Joes and buy the Poffjertes and they are so good we really love them especially my little. So when I saw this and realized it was an opportunity to start making my own I was very excited. This machine is very novice friendly and with some trail and error you can be making your own puffy pancakes in no time. I love that I can do so many more varieties not just the dark chocolate but pumpkin, cinnamon swirl, peanut butter and jelly to name a few. It's also yellow and super cute so when I'm using it, it looks fabulous on the counter what more could you ask for.
