I got this to take full advantage of my sourdough discard. I ended up altering a waffle recipe to use in it, I haven’t used any of the recipes in the instructions yet. Works perfectly for my purposes, Makes a nice little non-fried donuts from batter and cooks them all the way through. So much fun to make sourdough donuts and serve them with a dish of blueberry compote.
