Initially, when I opened these up, I was disappointed in the size. I was expecting each one to be much larger. However, after using them several times, I am quite happy with the size. I am able to fit all three of these into my Breville oven, which is a bonus. And the largest one, still holds enough for to feed all 6 of my family members.The stainless steel seems to be of good quality, with a heaviness to it. It cleans very easily, even when covered with baked on cheese. After a few uses, I have not noticed any warping. I've baked you to 375 so far and have used these on the broil setting. The wire racks are an added bonus for extremely greasy foods. The foods I've made so far have cooked evenly.

Got to have stainless steal if your looking for a nontoxic non stick it cleans very easily and holds up in comparison to more expensive brands in my opinion. And haven’t had a problem with warping so far

Slowly replacing my high quality 15 year old cookie sheets has not been easy. Not that they are getting completely retired, but companion smaller sets are needed. I was pleased this 6-piece set is working out so well. Using parchment sheets, they stay clean. (Don't even put your cookie sheets in dishwasher-line then with parchment or foil.) These are a heavier quality than most on the market and don't bend at 400+ degrees. The smallest fits perfect in the toaster-convection oven. Highly recommend this set.

These are light weight and do the trick. I think it was a good value for its price with 3 different sheets and corresponding grates. We’ve used them for all kinds of baking and have noticed no warping and even heat distribution. Satisfied with the purchase!

Once I learned about aluminum and other coatings. I threw them all away. Now I only use SS. These sheets all come with racks 3 sizes great for all kinds of baking. No warping or discolorations. They do need to be cared for like any other investment. We clean them after each use and the spots of butter or whatever removes well. No stickyness
