I was looking for an 1/8th stainless cookie sheet or tray to bake or broil small portions in in my regular oven. Well these came this week and I broiled a pork chock for myself for dinner today. It cleaned up easily and I like the weight. Not too heavy and not flimsy I prefer stainless over stick free because I don’t believe those coatings would be healthy. I refuse aluminum for the same reason. Stainless is safer and I think cleaner … nothing to peel off or leach into my food. I’m very, very happy.

I am an avid home baker, and have even worked as a baker, and one important thing for things that get baked on a sheet pan - cookies, galettes, rolls, biscuits, etc...- is that the only way to ensure the bottoms don't overcook is to use a quality light color/aluminum sheet pan. And these are great, they exactly match the interior rack space of my oven so I can utilize it's full size in every batch, and they have a nice edge lip height that ensures nothing slips when going in or out of the oven. They are also a very good sturdy thickness.

These look like great little pans. The problem is that the information on the pans says 10 1/2 inches. Apparently that is the inside measurement, not the outside. They won't fit in my airfryer.

I saw other reviews that complained about the trays flexing and bowing when hot. But mine hasn't done that one time, and it replaced my old toaster tray that was too dirty to clean. Very happy.

It is the perfect size to put on the bottom of my oven to catch any spills. makes cleaning easier. the others ones i have bought were a bit too big.
