I needed a ball that I could squeeze with my hand while doing shoulder exercises. It is slightly textured which is nice because it doesn’t slip out of my hand. I did not put any air in it as I wanted it to be able to collapse somewhat with my hand grip. I gave it four stars because it meets my needs, but I was unable to inflate it. I needed something bigger than typical hand squeezers/grips. This ball fit my needs

I needed a good quality ball for Pilates and this one is spot on. The price was good and it arrived on time.

very poor seam construction and one ball was already split at the seam and leaking upon receiveing it.....

My Pilates teacher recommended these. She uses them in our classes. They are great for the bottoms of the feet and the hips and upper back.
