You know how you like to sleep on a sofa because it supports your back? If that statement describes you then you need this.As you can tell I just got this and have used it for 2 nights now. I have slept better, have gotten up less, and my back doesn't hurt like it has.The main thing is that the pillow is doing all the work, and your body can relax against the pillow. If you try to roll forward the pillow then allows your body to rest against it that way too.It looks awkward but even rolling to the other side is not hard to do and I look forward to many more nights of restful sleep.Thanks to my sister who told me about this pillow, which she got to keep her from rolling on her back.

I have been using a c-pap machine for about 20 years. Recently after losing weight I was retested and was told I no longer have to use the c-pap if I can sleep on my side. I'm a back sleeper, the doctor suggested a device to keep me from rolling on my back. I looked at several things, this looked the most comfortable. I wasn't enthusiastic about a band around my waist while sleeping. This works great, plus works good for the lower back while sitting. There is two pieces of material between the supports, these have material like velcro...this works great for changing the distance between the rolls, and using one roll for my back support. Wonderful purchase.

My adult daughter had retina surgery, and was not allowed to sleep on her back for months after. This was a problem for her, as she is a back sleeper. We tried propping her up with pillows, but that method often failed. We bought this, and it basically locked her in place so she couldn't turn on her back. I'm so grateful this product exists.

This was very firm, and uncomfortable to sleep with. Almost impossible to turn over from one side to the other when I wanted to. I give it a thumbs down. I returned it.

This is a great device for those of us who have sleep apnea when we sleep on our backs. I don't think it keeps me off of my back 100% of the time, but I believe it greatly reduces the incidents. I prefer it to having a (tennis) ball on my back. It is well made and comfortable. I find the size and firmness of the cylindrical pillows to be just right. For reference, I am 5'5" and weigh 112 lbs. The only downside, as some other reviewers have noted, is that it feels warm when you're up against it, which could be bothersome in the summer. I would like the manufacturer to offer an additional casing using a cooler fabric that consumers could purchase separately.

This mostly kept me sleeping on my side, but after a month, one side seam has started to tear out. I don't find it very comfortable for sleeping, but it does what it's supposed to. The size and density of the bolsters make it a challenge to get in and out, and it would probably get quite warm for people who sleep hot. I will resew the torn seam and continue to use it. My sides and legs get sore from sleeping on my side all night, but I'm not having apnea (which is mild for me) when I use the bolsters.

I received this product from the US seller and really liked it. After using it a number of times, the material seemed to stretch a bit. I weigh 113 pounds so I had to have it an inch away from the narrowest or tightest position. A few times I woke up on my back.The material is soft and comfortable and the concept is brilliant. It comes in a “standard†size which is adjustable but I would need an XS, therefore I had to return it to the US. The seller’s customer service was excellent ..very accommodating and quick to respond. I was very happy with the product and their customer service! Both merit a 5/5.
