BALEAF, if I have your attention: Please, please make padded cycling shorts in skin tones so people who care about the health of their largest organ - their skin - can wear sun protective long pants while cycling, while still having the necessary padding.These shorts, like the other BALEAF padded bike shorts that I own, are SUPER comfy, perfectly stitched, and fit like a dream for real women with real hips. My only quibble is the available colors. I cycle a lot in the hot sunny South, and I often like to cycle to fun locations for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Which means I need to wear clothing that looks suitable in a restaurant. The available color options for these and all the other bike shorts I can find mean I can only wear dark pants or skirts over these - NO fun in the sun.5 stars for the comfort and quality, 2 stars for the color selection. A champagne or very light pink would be wonderful so they would not show through white or tan pants.

Got these for my wife who has started riding longer distances with me and mentioned her sit bones hurt afterward. These shorts offer excellent quality at a modest price (just like several other Baleaf-branded items we have). The padding is appropriately shaped high density foam that offers nice support and comfort for multi-hour rides. Just be sure to air dry these (learned that the hard way with other biking shorts). The gripping dots inside of the leg openings keep the shorts in a comfortable position and the nylon fabric is durable with good moisture wicking properties. The shorts have 3 pockets, two are open, and an additional zippered pocket is on the outside of the right one. The shorts also have a drawstring and seven reflective dots down each leg. These Baleaf bike shorts are wonderful. They fit well( in my expected size), have great padding, pockets (including a third one that zips), and an elastic waist with a drawstring. I have many bike shorts, including several from this brand, and these are my new favorites!

Rode these for these for the first time during a 40+ mile bike ride. The padding is wonderful and really helped with any saddle sores. My only qualm is they bunched up and the seams started to become irritating, even with chamois cream.

Having a few accessible pockets on these cycling shorts is excellent. The sorts fit well, with the waist being at a good height. The fabric is soft, and the seams are not problematic.

I am such a Baleaf fan, and I have many Baleaf cycling shorts ordered from years back. I have recently lost significant weight, and I need to update all of my cycling kits, so I came back to buy all new Baleaf products. I was sadly GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I tried THREE different styles of shorts, and two different sizes, and they all had the same issue; the leg holes are WAY TOO SMALL for the size of the shorts!!!! I was forced to return them all!!!I had recently purchased, and loved, winter hiking clothing from Baleaf. All size Medium, all fit great. So I am baffled at my struggle to find bike shorts that fit from this brand. I am 5 foot 6 inches tall, and a lean muscular 143 pounds. In normal jeans I fluctuate between a size 6 and 8 pending brand.For the three different bike shorts I tried from Baleaf this year (2025) I did both Medium Size and Large. The Medium fit like a nice road bike short. The correct amount of tight through the waist and butt. However the leg holes were WAY TOO TIGHT! The size Large was baggy in the waist, almost acceptable in the butt but loose, and uncomfortably tight in the leg holes. To summarize, if you actually are a cyclist with any kind of cycling leg muscle, DO NOT BUY THE NEW VERSION OF ANY BALEAF CYCLE SHORTS.Sorry Baleaf, I'm usually a committed consumer, but you absolutely dropped the ball in your new designs!!!

I am 5’3â€, 115LBS, straight/not curvy figure. I usually wear 27†waist/size 4. I used their size chart & ordered size Small – fit is perfect. They are not too tight or loose – comfortable. The padding is generous & yes, feels like you are wearing a full diaper ;) but the padding makes it so much more cushy when riding bike. These have a handy side pocket for a smartphone & a zip pocket for key/cash/credit card/etc. The leg grips work well – I do not have large thighs so the legs are a tad loose on me but nothing to cause problems – they are comfortable.I turn these inside-out & machine wash in cold water, hang to dry. They wash fine.
