Just had my first ride with this jacket on a chilly day by the ocean and I am so impressed. I wore this along with my Baleaf padded fleece bike pants and I was TOASTY! I can definitely be comfortable in 40ish degrees F, maybe even 30’s.I’m 5’3†/ 158lbs / a little thicker around the waist, torso and arms and a medium (M) fit amazingly perfect. Even enough wiggle room to wear a base layer and not feel stiff or tight in the arms.I love the wind and water resistance, as well as the fleece lined pockets and back zipper pocket.Overall very cute and comfortable. Never thought I’d consider riding my bike to be so “cozy.â€Ps. Got the purple bc it matches my bike :)

We like to ride our bicycles in the winter but New Mexico gets cold. I love this jacket. It's well made, plenty of pockets, light and very warm. We buy Baleaf sports wear because it's well made, affordable, sizes well and fits our needs.

A good value cold weather cycling jacket. It holds up well in 30’ weather, and is reasonably windproof. It keeps me nice and warm as long as I keep riding. It runs true to size and has a comfortable fit that allows for some air flow between your jersey and the jacket. The back pocket zip is a bit stiff so getting things out of that pocket was a bit difficult. If the jacket was a bit warmer and the pocket zipper was better I would give 5 stars, but this is a great entry level jacket.

I have come to appreciate BALEAF athletic gears. I bought this jacket intending to use the coldest (below 30F) winter runs pairing with BALEAF fleece thermal running shirt. It is a high quality jacket made of thick and strong fabric. Totally waterproof. I just walked 1 hour in the rain, and inside the jacket was completely dry. It is very walm, and I would NOT wear this for running in the upper 30F weather. Some people noted this jacket runs small, but it actually has room for a thermal inner - I normally wear small-medium jackets in the winter and could wear a light sweater underneath this jacket (size small). I think it is its thick, stiff and durable fabric that might give a snug feel and make it feel a little tight and stiff around the shoulder/arm as if it were a little too small.I only wish it came with a foldable hood (that goes in the back of the collar) given that it is made of a good waterproof material. Then I could go running in this jacket on a rainy day.

My wife, an avid runner, used to frequently borrow my running tops because women's running tops tend to be too form-fitting for her (she's 5'4" and a slender 115 lbs and can easily fit into any women's running gear sized S or M but she prefers just a little breathing room which women's very form-fitting running gear just doesn't provide). With winter upon us, I was looking for a lightweight jacket with decent thermal protection and decent aesthetics. While I wasn't specifically seeking a biking jacket, this one turned out to be exactly what I was looking for because it is cut with a little extra room in the upper body (to accommodate the lean-forward biking position). Additionally, she wanted a little extra cover over the lower back area and this jacket has this (I guess you'd call this a butt flap where the back half of the jacket is cut a bit longer than the front half). I bought a size medium which is pretty much the size she prefers but she'd likely fit just fine into a small (but medium gives the little extra room she wants). Notwithstanding the comfortable dimensions, the jacket still has a form-friendly cut with tapering in the right places for a woman's body. The sleeves might be a hair long because they are made for biking but this is really a non-issue for her. What's more important is that the sleeves aren't cut so that they are practically skin tight around her arms as most women's running jacket sleeves are. They fit properly, not baggy or loose and not ridiculously tight. The material, stitching, and overall construction of the jacket is just about flawless and it looks great. I'm surprised that the price is this low for this level of quality. Very pleased with this jacket and will look to purchase more from this brand in the future. Highly recommended if you're a woman of any size who'd like a jacket that's easy to get into, doesn't need to be peeled off when you're done with your activities, and still has a flattering cut.

If this jacket is your price limit, it is completely fine. The material is a wind proof shell on the outside and like a pressed velvet on the inside, one layer. Not necessarily warm, definitely needs layers underneath but it is called a SHELL so that should not be a surprise.The color purple is super cool and is as pictured. The reflective details are also well placed and work great.I found this jacket to run VERY large, I was between a medium and a large so I sized up to allow for layers underneath. It is at least 2 sizes too big and I think the medium would also be a bit too big for me (5 foot 6, 36D, 40 inch hips, 32 ish inch waist)There were a few little details which prompted my return. The elastic at the ends of the sleeves is pitiful, and already looks like it will fall apart within a few uses. Some of the seams also have some loose threading. This is also a personal preference, but I found the jacket to be very “noisyâ€. When I was walking around in it, the sound of my arms scraping against my torso was really annoying. Idk, just a personal preference and may not be a deal breaker if you also listen to music.Overall this jacket is not bad and if $50 is your price range it’s not bad. If you have a larger budget I would suggest looking for a “nicer†jacket.

I haven’t been able to wear it longer than 30 seconds because the product stinks of some type of chemical/fragrance. I might have to send it back.
