This pump was very easy to use. Best part it was a dual pump and easy release when balloon was pumped up. Also this pump is super fast and can blow up balloons quickly and made the process of blowing up ballons very manageable. 'Worth paying more for a better balloon pump.

For the price I thought I was upgrading! I had an event and the pump didn’t even work! I had to borrow a pump. To do the event!! Then I was sent a new one and that one didn’t work either!!!

I was torn on how to review this because it definitely does it's job - No doubt. But it is LOUDER then HECK! Sounds like you're firing up a steam engine each time you use a nozzle. It's almost jolting if you're not ready for it. The nozzles are quite sensitive, so it became a struggle for me to get the balloon end over the nozzle before it would be triggered and start doing it's job and blowing air into a balloon that was not firmly secured yet - Because, let me tell you, you WANT to have a firm grip on your balloon before you are ready to tilt that nozzle and have it start up because it will not only fill up your balloon in .000005 seconds - it will explode it in .000006 seconds if you are not ready for it. It literally is like a space rocket blast and I think we went through 6 or 7 balloons before we finally started to get down the nuance of using such a powerful machine. To me, it was TOO much power both in sound and output for a simple, more delicate need such as inflating balloons. So, if I were to choose all over again, I personally would opt next time for something more manageable...but this product works just as it says it will in the description and we will keep it and continue to use it now that I've learned how to manage it a bit better. Just don't plan on blowing up balloons without waking up the neighbors and be on your A game with that nozzle trigger so you don't over inflate and rupture your balloons.
