These are mediocre-quality shoes for practice only. Its heels are very unreliable and I am always afraid of breaking it. Thats why I don't wear those during rough practices. My previous latin shoes heels were very comfortable and sturdy. Shoe-wise, it is comfortable and cozy, suede is of high quality. It slips well on wooden floors. Stitches are all holding well and no rapture or holes yet.

These fit well and are comfortable. They have a nice heel on them and seem pretty durable. They have nice flexibility to them, needed for dancing.

I was really disappointed with these dance shoes. Although they look decent, the fit is uncomfortable, especially after a couple of hours on the dance floor. The soles also feel flimsy, which doesn't offer the support needed for proper dance moves. They started showing signs of wear after just a few uses.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend these shoes for serious dancers.

I'm taking ballroom dancing lessons and I ordered these to use as my "formal" dancing shoes. I normally wear a 10.5 and I ordered an 11. They fit fine but they felt a bit loose. The material has some stretch that I'm not comfortable with. When I spoke to my instructor about this, she said that this is common and that you do get used to it. I usually wear leather shoes and that's probably why they feel a bit loose. The shoes came with a blue tote bag that the shoes can be stored and transported in. Overall, it's a great shoe to wear and dance it but it's just not for me.

I really like these shoes. They are so comfortable on your feet, and look really dressy. I do need to explain here that I am not a man, but that I have large and wide feet, so I cannot usually find dance shoes in women's sizes. Secondly, while I love dancing, and often dance around the house while cleaning, I really don't know how to dance so I can't judge how these would work in a more professional dance setting. The arch has flexibility, which is great for dancing, but doesn't offer arch support if you are wanting that in the shoe. The fabric of the shoes is thick, and looks like it will last. The laces allow for a customizable fit. Unlike a previous reviewer, I usually get a size 10 (and also measure just shy of a 10 on the standard foot measuring tools) and actually felt I could have gotten away with a 9.5 in these, so I felt that the sizing was pretty spot on, or maybe just a shade large. However, the width was perfect in the 10, even if the length was a bit long. I would say you would maybe want to size down if you have narrower feet.I cannot compare these to other ballroom or jazz style shoes, because this the first pair I have owned, but the quality is comparable or better to brand name fabric ballet shoes I have gotten.Finally, I have to admit that I mainly got these as "dress shoes" to wear when I am going to business conferences, and they look so good and are so comfortable, that I am really excited to wear them as such.

They say these are men's sizes but the shoe sizing actually follows US women's. I measured my foot, and ordered a size 8, but I should have probably gotten a size smaller, since I can feel these will break in a bit. Very unobtrusive design. The top is very stretchy and the shoe itself does not run narrow. Super comfortable. Very flexible mid-sole, and the rubber bottom is very quiet. The bag they came with was a nice touch.

Although these are the male version and they do have a female version, I like the way the look on my feet. They actually make my feet look smaller. I got these because the women's didn't come in my size. They offer two types of soles so choose wisely. I am pleased with my purchase.

PROS: Light weight, very stylish, would be good for dancing. The shoes and laces are good quality. The black color is very nice, the material feels like suede and is soft to the touch. The bottoms have both grip and glide capability, making dancing easier.CONS: These run small - so the sizing is inaccurate. Purchased 9.5 in men's size, and these are more like an 8.5 or 9 in size. Because of this, is would be difficult to accurately size and order the right ones. This is a major issue as purchasing them for an event or as a gift - and then having to send back and wait for another size is a hassle. Please ensure your sizing is correct.
