I sleep hot, and I don't get sweaty at night when wearing these, though it is currently winter in California.Comfort - Very comfortable. Though it is heavier than cotton, I still don't get sweaty during the night. Plus it's softer than cotton.Fit - Get one size bigger than what you normally wear. I saw other people say the same thing, so I got an X-large rather than a large, and it fits perfectly. Though the shorts are too long for me, 5'3", the waist fits perfectly. The shirt fits perfectly as well, but doesn't have the same length issue for me like the shorts.Material quality - Seems nice. I have other bamboo shirts and they feel very similar. I believe these are heavier than my other bamboo shirts though.Washability - I don't follow the washing instructions on any of my stuff, I always just throw everything in the washer, set the temp all the way to the coldest, and then throw it in the dryer with dryness set to one option higher than normal. They haven't shrunk or feel noticeable less soft or anything, so I think washibility is great. Doesn't mean you shouldn't follow the instructions though. They'll probably last longer if you do.

Bought these for my son at Christmas. He commented how well they fit. They are comfortable but sturdy. He likes the little stretch they have, making easy to move with them on.
