No complains. It does its job and protects our banjo. We don't take it around, so it just mostly sits in our house, but now we don't have to worry about it falling and getting damaged.

I like this case but I had to spray the inside with Febreeze and leave it outside for a week to allow it to off gas. Now it is fine and very cushy protection for my banjo. My only complaint is can’t get music book in zippered area, too small.

Cheap construction, the strap just came loose and the other one is about to I was lucky I didn't drop my banjo on the ground.

Not a perfect fit but it works. It seems pretty sturdy and the zipper seems strong and like it will last. Pretty decent for an inexpensive instrument bag. Would buy again.
