The bannetons are really nice and work well for sourdough bread making. My only complaint are the liners. I’ve hand washed them a few times. When I compared them to another company, these feel more rough and the dough sticks to them more. One of them had a lot of dough stuck and after more vigorous washing, there seems to be some pilling now.

If looking for a design in your sourdough this can help with that in shape and form. Liners wash fine. Just need to be sure not to get the baskets wet or dirty as they can't be washed, obviously. Decent set.

My wife has been getting into bread making, so I'm trying out several different bread proofing baskets.This is a nice set of two round baskets. They're sturdy, made of unbleached rattan, which is kind of like a really heavy-duty straw material. They have cloth covers that can be removed to keep the dough from sticking, which makes them easy to clean. These baskets work great for making round loaves of bread, like one often does with sourdough.Overall, these are well made proofing baskets, and they feel like they'll last a long time. Great for making a round loaf of bread at home. Highly recommend.
