I got this umbrella for back packing in Europe and it was the perfect size. It was small enough to squeeze into the water bottle holder and it was light. Also, it blocks the sun and rain. But it is tiny. It doesn’t cover me and my back pack.

This is a remarkably useful umbrella if you're visiting a tropical location, or even a theme park in Florida on a hot, sunny day.This umbrella is made of super-thin fabric, but it seems to be durable. The hardware feels a bit low-budget, and it can be challenging to get it to "click" to stay open (and then to release to close it), but - for the price - this is a very good value, if only for protection from the heat.The umbrella's light weight—even in its carrying case—is a plus if you want to throw it into a beach bag, tote, or large purse. It's bulky but not heavy.What matters to me is this: When it's beastly hot at Disney World, opening this umbrella and holding it overhead provides almost instant relief.If you're in a hot location and the sun makes you miserable, this umbrella is an excellent value, and possibly a (literal) life saver.

I bought two, one for myself and another as a present. They are small enough to fit in your purse and take on the go. I love that is it easy to get out and put back in the case. Plus, the case is waterproof, so it functions really well! I love all the colors to choose from too!

This BAODINI TRAVEL Mini Umbrella is perfectly small for purse or travel. The pink and silver color I received is so pretty. The material is nice and is surely waterproof, though I haven't had any rain recently to try it out in. The opening and closing of the umbrella seemed a bit weak in strength though and took some effort to get it closed back up after. The zipper pouch is wonderful for protecting the umbrella for carry or travel, as well as the roomy carry pocket. I would have loved if the frame mechanism had been as nice of quality to match up to the material used for the umbrella. (Or maybe it was just the one I received that had this problem). If I'm careful with it, it should last for a while, at least.

I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and so I need to stay out of the sun (even more so than I thought I needed to be, being mayonnaise colored....)I already had one sunbrella that I had bought, but I needed one that I could keep in my purse and this is PERFECT. I dont have a large purse (look up sailormoon box lunch exclusive) so I needed it really compact.This is FANTASTIC. It is exactly what I am looking for.My ONE complaint is that because it is so versitile and the way that it was needed to be built, is that wind is NOT your friend. Went out to the vinyards on long island and a medium breeze turned it inside out....Still LOVE this

Small enough to put in a bag easy to carry and open. Not built for big wind it will flip and big rain is not suitable. Regular rain and wind is good to use but after few days inside is rusted so I guess not good to be in a wet area.
