I use these plates in a Spellbinder Platinum along with a mini sized magnetic platform. I am very happy with this purchase.The plates seem durable, shiwing no sign of warping yet. They fit the SBP perfectly. The price is nice. I find the smaller sized platform and mats to be very handy. Quicker to crank through than the full sized set.

They seem to be a little thicker. Some of my dies won’t work with it. Have to use old plates for them. Sizzix dies with sizzix plates.

I use my Big Shot a lot. Despite the good practice of flipping plates and not cutting repeatedly in the same spot, my original Sizzix plates warped very badly within a few weeks. Tried the boiling water and heavy pot remedy which worked once but subsequent warping was worse and they would not flatten again. Bought more Sizzix plates but the cost started to ramp up quickly. I was delighted to stumble across these - reasonably priced and they seem to hold up better. They work perfectly in my Big Shot Foldaway. I have since learned I can also use a self-healing mat of the same size in lieu of one of the cutting plates (the die cuts into the self-healing mat) which extends the life of the clear plate(s). Plates aren't meant to last forever, but I am glad to have found these replacements.

they are the same size and thickness the original plates for my machine. they were the correct size this time the last order the size was nuclear and they were only half the size I needed.they seem a little softer than the originals as the dies made quite deep cuts into the plates on first use.
