I use this with my Baofeng UV82, it is a decent speaker mic and water resistant fitting my needs. The volume toggle really doesn't work to change the volume all that much, but it does change the volume some. If you are using this with the UV82 like I do, it will default to transmit on your "B" frequency if you use it on another radio that doesn't have dual transmit buttons it works on the selected channel. If this broke I would probably buy it again.

Not bad for the price. Wish the volume levels were much louder. Even adjusting the volume switch i found that it isn't as loud as the speaker in the handheld.
