We cant seem to receive a product with the hardware package. First one arrived with no hardware. package at all. Replacement order arrived with a screwdriver, but no hardware to complete assembly. Very disappointing.

Assembly was fairly easily and it’s great quality.

So the item I received had a lot of cracks and splits, I counted 3 major ones, but despite that the piece still feels pretty solid after assembly. It went together easily although I couldn't get the metal pegs in that keep the racks from sliding out too far, the holes are way too small. They aren't completely necessary but it would nice if they worked so I'm going to have to modify them. The racks are also pretty flimsy, I realize this is designed for drying watercolor paper and things like that but it would be nice if the racks were a little sturdier so you could dry heavier artwork without worrying about the racks bending. Overall it's a nice design and great for drying and storing multiple pieces in a limited space and it does feel very solid and heavy. For the price it would be nice if the racks were better made and the peg holes didn't require enlarging but I'm still pretty happy with it.

This is an excellent art drying rack. It is very well built and the wood is really nice! All the holes are well drilled and the instructions are clear enough to allow the assembly to be very easy. I did notice that it has JIS screws which don’t work great with standard Phillips screwdrivers. I got them in fine, but you are much more likely to strip screws with that way if you are not careful. I also needed to pound in all the rack stops, but that means they won’t easily come out so that is good. If you need an art drying rack, this is an excellent option.
