Only 1 item was received damaged. Although it says free returns, when I tried to return the product it stated no return allowed. Amazon stepped up and made it right. They looked to be packaged well but they were able to bump together and the middle egg was broken. They are slightly fragile. Very pretty though. Just know they may break in shipping.

Beautiful eggs, however, once again replacements of the 3 out of 6 eggs were replaced however 1 out of the 3 replaced is broken. This is getting completely ridiculous.
