These are a smaller than quart bottle, but a good size to work with. I bought for an acetone mix I use, but as yet have not used one for that yet. I have used them for other liquids and they work just fine. I like how refined they are constructed. The bottle is comfortable in the hand, and the "smaller" size makes them easy to handle.

I am an avid gardener, and have many orchids on my trees here, which need attention and care. I spray the roots twice a month with nourishment, and the surrounding plants with organic sprays that discourage aphids, and other pests. Finding a spray bottle that is sturdy, and has a nice consistent spray, is not as easy as it sounds, and so many “big box home store†spray bottles are made of flimsy plastic, and the sprayers break after several uses. This set of two bottles is very sturdy, stands straight without tipping when I put it down, and the sprayers are easy to regulate, and consistent with each spray, which matters with some of the more delicate orchids—too much food is as bad as too little. These would be a very good and long lasting purchase for any gardener.

I ordered these spray bottles because I love the sizes of them. I am pleasantly surprised by how well the spray head works. From very find mist to powerful jet, the spray heads deliver wide range of spray choices and are very easy to use.I also love the "BPA-Free" feature. Upon close comparison with my older spray bottles, though, I noticed a big difference. This pair of bottles are made of #1 plastics (PET, Polyethylene Terephthalate) while my other bottles are made of #2 plastic (HDPE, High-Density Polyethylene). I wonder why...According to many information websites: #1 PET "... is intended for single use applications; repeated use increases the risk of leaching and bacterial growth. PET plastic is difficult to decontaminate, and proper cleaning requires harmful chemicals. Polyethylene terephthalates may leach carcinogens...".This explains why most spray bottles I got from home improvement stores are made of #2 HDPE, which "..is considered one of the safest forms of plastic. It is a relatively simple and cost-effective process to recycle HDPE plastic for secondary use..."Because the choice of plastics (#1, PET) of these spray bottles comes with many concerns: only for single use, hard to clean, and tend to leach harmful chemicals, I can not give good rating to this product even though the spray heads work very well.

These spray bottles are a convenient size. My wife uses these to spray her hair with water before making hair adjustments. The small size makes these the perfect size for a hair spray bottle. She is able to adjust the spray pattern easily with the nozzle.

I ordered the Bar5F Empty Plastic Spray Bottles to fill with cleaners to be used around the house. I like to purchase the large containers of household chemicals and transfer the fluid into spray bottles like these. This is a much more economical approach. These particular spray bottles have a capacity of 16 ounces. I find this to be a nice size because the bottle itself is not so large and allows for easy maneuvering while cleaning. I also like that these bottles are translucent. This makes it easy to see exactly how much fluid is left. I used a permanent marker to identify the contents and it adhered well. The spray the bottle emits is very full and even. All in all, I am quite pleased with the spray bottles.
