This is the second Super Chewer Rad Herring toy I have purchased for my 40lb pup who loves soft toys. It's not surprising most soft toys don't last but something about being able to squish and squeak her toys appeals more to my dog. That is why it is nice this one is made to be super durable and it takes much longer to destroy. It's a decent size for medium dog and I'm able to throw indoors - just be careful of the bounce. We have had this for a few weeks now and she's not ripped the cover off yet (it helps she has several toys in rotation) but we know that when she does, the rubber fish inside will be a nice new toy and add more days of fun.

My dogs are very picky when it comes to toys. If they can't eat it or destroy it, they lose interest quickly. A few years ago I bought my 80lb German Shepherd, Hrolf one of those stuffed hedgehogs with the squeaky in it. It lasted him a while, because he's not overly destructive but he does like to hold things in his mouth to chew on them. Eventually "Hedgie" got a hole and I replaced him with a bigger version that didn't even last a week. Hrolf was very sad. When I saw this potato ball, I'll admit, I was expecting it to be bigger (that's what she said?), but as you can see in the photo, it's about the size of a softball. I figured for 16 bucks, I'd give it a shot and see how long it lasts. I clearly did not read through the full descripton, because it's not just a squishy, fuzz ball, it's actually a ball wrapped in fuzzy, complete with a squeaker in the middle. We got it about a week ago and Hrolf is OBSESSED with this thing! It is constantly with him wherever he goes. He will lay there and squeak it, whining back at it repeatedly and just always has to have it with him. So far, it has held up to him carrying it around and doing his jaw exercises with it AND me giving it a bath after he snuck it out back once and is showing no signs of damage. Squeaker is still squeaking up a storm too. It's kind of a blessing and a curse really, but definitely the best toy I've found for my dog in a very long time.

My Australian shepherd destroys everything. This she did not. Granted, she was slightly less into it than other things after discovering the difficulty of it not tearing like her others. However, with only having this on a weeklong trip, and it actually making it home with us?? I was pleasantly surprised!

Our Boston terriers have not been able to destroy this toy and they’ve been working on it for more than two weeks. Any toy that can survive two days with our dogs that’s impressive, but two weeks that’s not been done before with these two..

I thought this toy was supposed to be for aggressive chewers. My dip pulled it open and the toy inside was soft and my dog destroyed it quickly.It was not worth the price I paid.

Amazing is all I can say, have two very active german shepherds and bought two of these, my Daisy girl took both her sister Javajo doesn’t stand a chance to get hers back now. I will order two more. I found an old one of these cleaning out a closet and they both play with that all the time. It is tough for them to destroy unlike their balls from the tractor store. I don’t. Well now I need not to worry about the chunks of rubber like the balls getting into their bellies.

My dog chews up everything in 2 days or less. He has had this for 2 weeks. He has managed to tear half the furry cover off. It does have a cloth cover underneath. The ball is rather heavy so it’s easy to throw. But since he likes to catch, I have to be careful to throw it past him. It did hit his face once and scared me. He is enjoying this ball. My dog is a one year old 45 lb Aussiedoddle and he really likes this toy.

This was great. I liked it more than my dog haha. Takes a tough chewer to get to the toy approx 20 mins but then the toy is indestructible

Es un juguete de consistencia dura, por dentro es como esos juguetes "atrapa premios", no es un peluche. Considero que e sun bue juguete para perros grandes.

The most successful dog's toy I have ever bought! Sturdy, and fun, Freya adores it, it's become her go-to toy and although she loves chewing fabric, the promise of the manufacturer/seller, that the material is robust is absolutely true, she has yet to make even a slight tear!

Well my 9 month old Doberman loves this toy but within a day she had already started stripping the soft exterior fluff layer away
